Retrieves only the last transfer that was not yet completed, based on the parameters specified.

Parameters

sender_id — the id of the account that sent the transfer
target_blockchain_rid — the blockchain which is supposed to receive the transfer
recipient_id — the account that is supposed to receive the transfer
asset_id — the asset that was being transferred
amount — the amount that was being transferred
